Two separate cottages , you get both to use on large 1.5 acre lot with 120 ft shoreline , 5 bedrooms, sleeps 8-10 .
Sand beach with volleyball court , badminton, horseshoes etc.
Real old wood cottages with pine floors , wood beams, sun porch ,sweep the sand up from the kids feet as they run into the cottages from the camp fire.
Only looking for families or groups that want to have fun on this beautiful beach and the lovely clean waters of Balsam Lake.

We have had these cottages for over 35 years. Used to be on another lake but we bought this property with this beautiful lakefront on Balsam Lake , the cleanest on the Trent System, now renting it out starting last year .
Love having families and groups of people who enjoy the beautiful beach and lakefront , love an older cottage with pine flooring and walls .
Our family is grown up and moved away , only visiting, so we don’t like to see these lovely cottages vacant , when you can have friends and families enjoying them.
