Why they chose this property
We chose this area because it offers the best of both worlds — it’s peaceful and spacious, with freehold land (not a traditional village), but still very close to Apia town. You’ll find all the shops, cafes, markets, and restaurants just a short drive away. It’s a great spot if you want convenience without the noise, and we love how easy it is to access everything while still enjoying a relaxed island atmosphere.

What makes our property unique is its privacy and peaceful setting — it’s tucked away yet still very central. We’re also located right next door to the KUKI skincare factory, so guests get a behind-the-scenes peek at a locally made Pacific brand. It’s a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax, unwind, and feel at home.
