With a heated swimming pool, fruit trees, a pétanque court, and three outdoor lounges, the exterior space is fenced and secure, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The interior, designed for conviviality, comprises a spacious and completely open-plan 120m² on the ground floor, including a living room, dining room, billiards room, and an open-plan kitchen with an island. Upstairs, a mezzanine overlooking the living room is a space for games and film nights and provides access to the 2 bedrooms with their private dressing rooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. The 3 other bedrooms are located in external annexes just next to the main entrance of the villa. They are spacious and comfortable, each with its own private entrance, shower room, and separate toilet. The villa is fully air-conditioned and heated, and with its 5 bedrooms, it can comfortably accommodate 10 people. A welcome kit including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner is provided for each room. A welcome basket is offered for stays of at least one week.
