The property was good views were excellent.For the price of the property they could have included a few staple pantry items or even a bottle of wine on arrival.Our most negative experience with the property was that one of the bathroom taps could not be turned off and water was running all through our stay. We contacted the property management the moment we checked in to let them know and they stated they would try to get it fixed - nothing happened for two days- contacted them again on day 3 of our stay and they were still trying to find a plumber. Sadly we left the property after 5 days and the rap was still running.They did not seem to prioritise this and it did impact our sleep, we had children with us and above all else the water wastage.

We're sorry to learn about the issue with the bathroom tap and understand how frustrating it must have been to have it running throughout your stay. We sincerely apologise that we were unable to resolve the problem during your visit. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to secure a plumber, we were unable to arrange a repair in time. We appreciate that the constant noise, particularly with children staying at the property, and the unnecessary water wastage would have been disappointing. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding pantry staples and a welcome bottle of wine, and we'll take this into consideration as we continue to improve the guest experience.
