With 120 m2 of living space and set in 1500 m2 of wooded grounds, the house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a master suite with bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, the mezzanine leads to the 3 other bedrooms and the second bathroom.
With its private access (no road to cross) to Mousterlin beach just 100 metres away, this is the ideal place for young and old alike.

Haus mit schönen Strand

Es war ein schöner Urlaub, das Haus ist rund 200m vom Strand entfernt und durch ein privtes Tor zu erreichen. Das Haus ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet allerdings fehlt etwas der letzte Schliff (ein paar Bilder an Wänden oder mehr Möglichkeiten Sachen im Flur aufzuhängen z.B.) um es etwas Wohnlicher zugestallten. Aber das Grundstück ist schön groß und man kann wirklich die Seele baumeln lassen und dem Meer lauschen.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas 5km entfernt.Alles in allem kann man an diesem Ort einen schönen Urlaub verbringen.

Das Haus war ok, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Badezimmer sind schön, Küche für uns etwas zu klein. Aber wir waren mit allem zufrieden und kommen im Sommer gerne mal wieder weil die Gegend toll ist.

Schöne Lage mit Potenzial

Das Haus wird über eine Agentur angeboten. Der Kontakt über E-Mail und persönlich per WhatsApp bzw. telefonisch war sehr gut. Die Sprachen französisch , deutsch (perfekt) und englisch sind zur Kommunikation möglich. Wir haben das Haus für Ausflüge in die Südbretagne genutzt, waren also in der Regel die Hälfte des Tages unterwegs. Das Haus ist 100 m vom Meer entfernt, man geht lediglich durch ein schmales Wäldchen mit privatem Tor. Man kann das Meeresrauschen hören. Das Grundstück mit privater Zuwegung (gut erklärt durch E-Mail der Agentur) ist sehr groß und die Einfahrt auch großzügig. Terassenmöbel auch gut. Schlafzimmer (Matratze sehr gut) und Bäder sind gut, das Wohn-/Esszimmer und die Küche hätten noch deutliches Potential. Zusammengefasst das Haus halt schon etwas älter und es gäbe den ein oder anderen Hinweis, aber insgesamt sind wir zufrieden. Insbesondere der kurze Weg zum sehr schönen Plage de Mousterlin hat uns gefallen. Vielen Dank.

Sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub

Wir können dieses Haus absolut empfehlen. Es liegt sehr ruhig auf einem sehr schön gepflegten Grundstück fast (5 Minuten über die Düne) direkt am langen, weißen Strand von Mousterlin. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es ist sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns wohlgefühlt. Ronan ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Hier wollen wir wieder hin! 👍

Tolles Ferienhaus

Toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in einem grossen Garten. Der direkte 3-min. Zugang zum Strand ist das Highlight. Der endlos scheinende Strand lädt zum Sonnenbaden, schwimmen oder zu langen Strandspaziergängen ein. Die Sonnenuntergänge spektakulär. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ronan hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und ist ein toller hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Restaurantempfehlungen waren top ! Merci beaucoup. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Magnifique séjour

Maison très agréable, d'une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipée sans oublier le jardin qui est superbe. Idéalement située à 150 mètres de la plage accessible par un chemin privée. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour son accueil et sa gentillesse ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !!!
