The kitchen is clean with every amenity, and includes new granite counter tops and new appliances. The kitchen/living/dining room areas have an open floor plan with spectacular views of the lake.

The outdoor area offers room for lawn activities. There are steps down to the water. Beach conditions will vary depending on seasonal changes and changes in lake water levels.

There is a custom electric fireplace on the 1st floor that adds atmosphere and warmth on cool nights, and air conditioning on the 2nd floor for warmer nights.
