This place was so excellent that I hesitated to rate it for fear it might not be available next year when we come to Stratford. It was perfect! It sets the benchmark for rentals. We hope to rent it again next year and for years to come.

Excellent location. Walking distance to theatres & restaurants - we didn’t need our car once. . Clean and up to date home with everything we needed from the kitchen and dining area to the bathrooms living room and bedrooms. Lots of outlets for charging all our devices. Efficient heating/cooling system (the weather was all over the place during our stay) Will definitely stay there again.

The space was immaculate and as described or better. A modern, comfortable space where you feel right at home, right away. Everything was clearly communicated and accessible. We were worried it was a little outside of downtown, but it didn't feel that way at all. Just steps from the Festival Theatre and 10-15 min walk to everything else Stratford has to offer. Had a lovely stay and would stay again.

We loved staying at this property. The location is excellent for getting to the theatres, the riverfront, and the downtown shops and restaurants. The home was clean and well furnished. The kitchen equipment made it easy to cook some meals while there. We enjoyed both the front porch and the backyard each day -- it was nice to have outdoor options in the beautiful weather. We appreciate the responsiveness of the owners too. All communications were responded to promptly. This home is a stand-out!

This is a lovely Stratford home. It is nearly equal distant to the three main theaters (the Avon is a little further away than Festival and TP). We stayed for nearly a week and it was a pleasure to walk through the neighborhood. The back yard is beautiful and we enjoyed the lunar eclipse on one of the nights. The kitchen is open with a nice island and plenty of seating for some card game or board game playing. The beds are comfortable. We saw 9 shows across 5 days and for anyone coming to Stratford to see shows this is an A choice.

If I could give this property 10 stars instead of five, I would. It was fabulous. It was spotless, well appointed, had everything we could’ve wanted in dishware and amenities to have a very comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the linens abundant. The living room and dining areas were comfortably furnished in a way that facilitated conversation. The backyard was a delight in the pleasant weather to sit and read or chat together. Our host was very considerate and easy to communicate with. We travel a lot and feel like this is the best short term rental we’ve ever stayed in. We plan to be back next year.

This is a fantastic property. If you're going to the Stratford festival, all of the theatres are within walking distance. If you want walking access to downtown Stratford, it's restaurants, parks and shopping, it's perfect. If you're just looking to be in a well decorated house, with everything you need to cook at home, it's perfect too. Gaetano has gone all out to provide a comfortably luxurious space for anyone staying in Stratford. We'll be back next season!

This is one of the nicest B&Bs we have stayed in. The house is beautifully appointed and immaculate. The location was perfect for us. We parked our car when we arrived and did not get in it again until Saturday. We could walk to the theaters, stores and restaurants. All these walks were under 15 minutes. The house was also provided with all the items you need for an easy stay including items for the kitchen like nice dishes, cooking utensils, towels, soap, coffee... The same for the bathroom which included towels, soaps, tissues and toilet paper...The host was easy to contact and readily available to answer questions. There was a brief power outage in the area and the host let us know that the issue was not the house and that the city crews were working on the issue. The power was restored shortly after. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Stratford area!
