A tastefully renovated bathroom and combined laundry at the end of the hallway offer easy access to the backyard, and a tandem garage underneath the home provides space for two vehicles, though the location is so convenient that you’ll barely need the car—cafés, restaurants, shops, and Main Beach are all just a short stroll away. Sharon now welcomes pets, features a 13.2 kW solar system, a 19.2 kWh storage battery, and a car charger, combining sustainability with comfort and style.
