It is equipped with the essentials to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Self-check-in and check-out.

Surrounded by the Boisé du Tremblay, with a 2.5 km trail that starts around the corner, with observation points to enjoy this exceptional natural environment year-round. You will find grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and various shops nearby, about 5 to 10 minutes away by car.

This comfortable and clean accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people, bedroom with a Queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can enjoy a Patio furnished with a gazebo and an outdoor playground for children. A completely private studio located in the semi-basement with a family room, kitchenette and a private bathroom. Desk available with a screen for remote work. A peaceful family resides on the upper floor.

We provide basic kitchen utensils as well as tableware. Shampoo and towels are also available (one per guest). A mini fridge and a coffee machine are available. Carbon monoxide detector. Television and wifi available.

This property was perfect for our needs! The host was friendly and communicative. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. It is located on a quiet street and it has a lovely gazebo in the backyard we had access to. The bed was very comfortable and it had plenty of pillows. We would not hesitate to rent it again on our next visit!

Great stay in a lovely area not too far from Montreal! The apartment is in the basement, but with some windows to let light in and has good climate control. The main bedroom and bed were fine, and the pull out sofa worked well. Our host Edward did not give a cell number, but did respond via VRBO promptly. His messages were mostly in French, but that was not a problem since I used Google translate. Edward answered all our questions and was very helpful. The entry on the side of the house puts you immediately on a stairway heading down with no landing, jarring when we first used this, but something we quickly got accustomed to. The apartment was clean, and refrigerator while on the small size was quite adequate and other kitchen appliances we used worked well. Nice apartment overall and we would gladly rent it again if ever back near Montreal.
