Belinda was an exceptional host. Her communication was excellent and she was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.The apartment is within the Ramada resort and we determined during our stay that it was one of the best there as it had a rare top floor corner aspect and was in a perfect location near the pool and an elevator close by for those who needed it. Belinda is clearly a well seasoned traveller and/or has a lot of experience in hospitality as everything you could want is there for a thoroughly enjoyable stay - simply far too many things to list. Suffice to say that you won't be disappointed. The TV is sensational as well although we didn't use it that much. It was great value for money as well. The happy hour at the pool bar is great and the pool itself is lovely surrounded by trees and palms. Thoroughly recommend it and hope to return again next year. A big thank you to Belinda for making our stay in Port Douglas a 5 star experience.

Why they chose this property

The surrounding rainforest of the Resort is what ultimately was the deal breaker. At night the lanterns are lit at the boardwalk takes on a survivor type glow. The pool is lit at night and there is nothing like sneaking down for a last minute dip before it closes for the night.

We chose this unit because it’s so close to the beach, only a 5 minute walk.

You can dine at the Resort or take a quick walk for your morning coffee overlooking the golf course and lake at St Crispins.

What makes this property unique

Our unit is located on the top floor which means we don’t have any neighbours above us making the room quiet.

You can choose to open the sliding windows and take in the sounds of the rainforest setting below and the glorious sun coming through the windows during the day. Or you can close the window shades, switch on the Aircon and large 65Inch TV and enjoy you favourite show.

We have an excellent housekeeper who takes pride in servicing the apartment, keeping it clean and comfortable and using fresh linen.

Everyone loves the lagoon pool ! It’s heated and surrounded by lots of deck chairs to relax in.
