HOUSE LIMITATIONS
1) While we love when our guests celebrate special occasions, this property does not operate as a venue and we do not permit events. This property is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.
2) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 8AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).
3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay (you can’t see them but we do have neighbors). 
4) No pets allowed.** 
5) No smoking allowed - $2500 fine for violations.
6) No fires allowed outside of the propane fire pit. 
7) Do not swim in pond - the eco system is being set up with fish
8) No unregistered guests without previous approval
9) The horse barn and apartment are off limits but feel free to take professional photos using the barn as the backdrop. Great for wedding and/family pictures.

**Guests with animal allergies, please note that while guests are NOT allowed to bring pets, the property owner occasionally stays in the home with their dog. 

THINGS TO NOTE
1) After booking, guests must sign our Rental Agreement in order to confirm the reservation.
2) This property is located on 10 rural acres. Guests should expect to encounter bugs and snakes though regular professional pest service is conducted.
3) The owner may be onsite during your stay to tend to the animals. Feel free to give the chickens treats from the clear bin provided near the coup!
4) Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property.
5) The pool can be heated to 84º for an extra charge of $225 for the first day and $150 each day after (plus tax).
