Lots of space, good kitchen items. The heat pump in the kitchen/lounge worked well. The only downside is that in NZ at a property this large one expects a washer, which sadly is missing. Otherwise all good and walking distance to everything in the center of town.

The best part of this property is the location to downtown. The fact it didn't have a washer and dryer was disappointing. I didn't notice that in the original listing that most listings show a washer dryer or at least a washer. If your home was comfortable, I don't know how to stop it.

Property was much larger than anticipated. It was clean, well stocked for cooking and making coffee. Everything was comfortable and a short pleasant walk to town.
