Overall experience is expected for small room in Japan. But the air conditioner was really a problem. We suffered from high temperature in the room at nights though the AC worked with its highest level. The bed for the third person was tough and uncomfortable. Instructions from an owner are very short and absolutely not usable. There were no instruction on what to do when power goes OFF all of a sudden, how to turn it ON and how to restore water supply and shower after that. We had to find it hard way when it happened several times for us.
