About this property

La Dimora Tranquil Retreat Where Bush Meets Beach

Surrounded by native trees and tranquil bushland, La Dimora is a spacious, design-led retreat just minutes from Kilcarnup Beach, Margaret River town and renowned wineries. With rammed earth walls, soaring timber ceilings, two lounge areas and a stunning alfresco deck, this home is ideal for families or friends looking to unwind in style, soak up nature and explore the best of the South West.
La Dimora is a warm and inviting architectural retreat nestled amongst melaleuca and peppermint trees in the Margaret River region. The home's striking design features rammed earth walls, polished concrete floors and a show-stopping pitched timber ceiling in the open-plan main living space, which flows effortlessly to the outdoor entertaining area and gardens.

The main lounge centres around a large stone fireplace and is framed by garden views, while the nearby dining area comfortably seats everyone beneath the expansive ceiling. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, ample bench space and a long island for relaxed meals or wine tasting at home. A second lounge at the opposite end of the home offers a cosy setting for movie nights or quiet reading, complete with a deep leather sectional and large-screen TV.

Step outside to a huge timber deck overlooking the bushland and lawns. The alfresco area includes a dining setting, lounge chairs, bar fridge and BBQ—ideal for any time of year.

The grand primary suite is privately located at one end of the home and features a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, serene bush views and a generous ensuite bathroom. Three other bedrooms (one with a king and two with queen-sized beds) are generous, bright, and fitted with built-in robes and workspaces. A central bathroom includes a bath, shower, and dual vanities, plus there's a separate laundry.

There's also driveway parking and recreational tracks at the end of the street with beach access for 4WD lovers.

A starter pack of firewood will be provided for the fireplace during winter months.

Wow was the first impression! A wonderful stay in a beautiful house.

Family of four, plus furchild! The house catered to all our needs. The space was incredible both indoor and out. The kitchen was fully stocked for all your cooking requirements. Bathrooms and bedrooms were all spacious and the beds and pillows very comfortable. Loved the separate living areas plenty of space for bigger families or a group of friends. The garden was beautiful unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would in summer. Guess we’ll just go back again.
