The fully equipped new renovated kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster, making meal preparation a breeze. For added convenience, a washing machine is also provided.

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets,
pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate
