Family house with pool and garden in Drome

Welcome !

Our house is our family house :-)
It is available for 6 to 8 persons, including baby, a big and green garden close to canals with ducks and cats walking through the garden.
You will enjoy a trampoline and pool (1.2 m deep) with scale for the access and table to eat outside.
Inside, a big room with kitchen, living and dining room with a babyfoot. is waiting for you.
Kitchen is freshly renovated : oven, dishwasher, induction hob, hood, coffee machine Nespresso and coffee machine with filter and new micro waves to prepare your meals.
Common toilets and bathroom are available at the ground floor, as well as master room with private bathroom and toilet (handicap access) and a child room.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with couch and sofa can fit 2 people sleeping and one room with 2 beds for 3 peoples (1 bed 2 pl. + 1 bed 1 pl).

For child and baby, I can make available a baby bed, stroller and bed rail and one 5-10 years old child booster.

Caution : swimming pool is safe when scale is out, to secure access for your children, please take off the scale. Your children and babies are upon your responsability.
The house is close to Valence city, 20 minutes walking, also close to Vercors and Ardèche, lots of nature and culture activities are at less than 1 hour driving. If you like riding (bike), ViaRhona is very close.

💥Should you need to work or watch movies on your computer, WIFI is available with fiber 100mb that allows teams/zoom meeting. A desk is available in the upstairs bedroom💥
For stroller rent, an extra fee guaranty can be asked
Towels are provided upon request only.
In regards of sanitary conditions, sheets are not automatically given, but can be provided upon request
