Whilst the hosts were welcoming and communicative, the property itself was not as expected and very disappointing. It was very dirty in many parts. The lounge cushions were covered in a rug which was worn and smelly and worse of all, there was rubbish under the cushions (including a half smoked cigarette!). The washer and dryer in the garage were inferior quality and on arrival the dryer was full of lint (which had obviously been accruing for some time); the clothes washer was not functional and leaked; the laundry area in the garage was extremely dirty and the brooms there were filthy; no instructions were provided for the oven; some plates were cracked; there were only 4 forks provided for a house of 6 beds; cleaning equipment was minimally provided; batteries for the TV remote control were not working; the balcony had ants up the wall and the tiles were dirty; the garden area was damp and dirty and there were 2 old pegs provided for the clothes line.It is a shame to write this negative review, however I feel the property was overpriced and future renters should be informed before booking
