Nada a reclamar sobre a propriedade. É limpa, espaçosa e segura. O anfitrião foi atencioso às nossas necessidades. Além disso, como o apartamento está localizado no 20º andar, praticamente não havia insetos. Embora seja Belém e seja de se esperar calor, havia frequentemente brisas que refrescavam o apartamento, também graças à altura. As camas eram confortáveis e limpas (como se nunca tivessem sido usadas). Apenas uma observação em relação ao sofá: era muito duro e desconfortável. Mas isso é apenas um detalhe, já que não estávamos lá para assistir televisão de qualquer forma. A piscina e a academia (embora pequena) do condomínio também eram muito boas. Um ponto negativo, embora fora do controle do anfitrião: todas as reformas na torre de apartamentos podiam ser ouvidas através do duto de ventilação (que conecta os apartamentos dos outros andares) localizado no banheiro. Assim, a partir das 8h da manhã, era possível ouvir diferentes sons de furadeiras e marteladas. Apesar disso, adoramos o apartamento e ficaríamos lá novamente a qualquer momento.
