Decent place. Pull out couch less than comfortable. An out side shower would be useful to wash off sand- eliminated a lot of sand in rooms

This was a five-star experience in every way. First, the building is secure and well-maintained, has an elevator, and hotel-style luggage trolleys. The condo is on the top floor, affording spectacular views of the ocean. Although it is a studio, it is bright, clean, airy, and had plenty of room for two people. The bed is very comfortable. The balcony is a generous size with two comfortable rocking chairs and two side tables. And the view is spectacular! You are right across the street from spectacular waves for your entire stay. There are also amenities that aren't mentioned in the listing, including an electric frying pan, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. It also comes with a dedicated parking space. The host, Sean, provided excellent communication and quick responses. Hampton Beach has a lot going on, but this condo is located away from the commercial end. So you're less than two miles from all the action, but staying in a residential world of people walking along the ocean. We highly recommend this place.

Perfect coastal retreat — we’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this very clean, well-equipped, and beautifully located accommodation. Although the street can be a bit noisy at times during the day, it quiets down in the evening, and we were able to fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves. Communication with the host was quick and courteous, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice view

Very nice room we unfortunately spent about 4 hours total in the room due to the events we had gping on... but it was beautiful. Small and simple but clean and bright.
