➢ ☆★ You must have a wristband and fob to enter the pool or amenity area. If you lose it we cannot guarantee you will get another and you may lose access to the pool. You have to pay $60 for each band and $250 for a fob so you will need to pay this BEFORE we will get another. The time it takes to get another is at our discretion. DO NOT go the office asking for one. They will only communicate with us on this. ☆★

Gorgeous weather and beautiful desert scenery for hiking and other outdoor activities in the city's extensive parks and trails system. Scottsdale is also home to some of the best golf in the country, with dozens of public and private championship courses throughout the city.

Scottsdale enjoys an average of 330 days of sun per year and the median temperature is about 72.6 degrees year-round. Combine this fabulous climate with over 200 golf courses within the greater Phoenix area, including the well-known Troon and TPC courses, and you can understand why it has earned the title of Golfer’s Paradise. North Scottsdale is where you will find the bulk of the luxury private golf communities.

In addition to golf, the city offers healthy outdoor pursuits for everyone. There are over 58 miles of public bike paths and 40 miles of shared hiking, riding and horse trails, these are in addition to the fabulous walking trails. Being surrounded by hills and mountain ranges that make the city a hiker's paradise. Popular hiking spots include South Mountain Regional Park, which boasts an extensive trail system. ➢ Chaparral Park This 100-acre public park has a swimming pool & fishing lake, plus sports courts & a playground.

Scottsdale's restaurants offer a huge variety of food from Fusions of Southwestern, American, Mexican, Asian, Indian and Italian in all price ranges. Want something more traditional, we have that too! Combine the exquisite cuisine with breathtaking views or that of the nightlife and entertainment scene. There is something for everyone.

Scottsdale is also nationally known for baseball’s Spring Training and these camps bring visitors from all over the country to partake in this amazing annual event that features many of the nation’s favorite teams.

Other major events hosted by Scottsdale include the Waste Management Phoenix Open Golf Tournament and the esteemed Barrett-Jackson car auction. Additionally, nearby Phoenix is home to many professional sports teams including the Arizona Suns, the Phoenix Cardinals, the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Arizona Coyotes.

The city of Phoenix has hosted the NFL Super Bowl several times, and the city's profile as a professional sports mecca has only grown in recent years. The popular Phoenix Suns host sold-out games at U.S. Airways Center, the Arizona Cardinals play at University of Phoenix Stadium, the Phoenix Coyotes bring professional hockey action to the desert at Arena, and the Arizona Diamondbacks play at one of the city's most recognizable landmarks, Chase Field in downtown Phoenix. Any way you cut it, Phoenix is a great place for sports fans of all stripes.

➢ Please note that the pool is seasonally heated, and we have zero control of the temp or the time of year it is heated.
➢ We do not supply any glass cups in our units, and this includes wine glasses. We have plastic available for your use.
➢ Please do not lower the thermostat to lower than 70 as it may freeze the system and stop working.
➢ We do not provide any streaming services or local channels, so you must log into your own.
➢ As a requirement of the complex, please indicate the purpose of your stay, the full name of other guests, along with your car information and plate number. These are requirements prior to providing the check-in instructions.
➢ This is a large complex, and there may be a bit of walking from the unit to the parking and the amenities.
➢ We do not control building layout or parking location.
*unauthorized pets, parties or smoking - $500 fine.
*unauthorized guests - $50 per person per day.

***** Due to too many lost/stolen fobs the complex is limiting replacements and charging us more. This is decreasing the security of the complex and its residents. Therefore, any lost or stolen fob not returned will incur $250 fee.

*Amenity Closures/Non-functioning - Although this is rare, maintenance and sudden repairs happen. We are not always privy to their schedule. We do not own or control the complex amenities. *It is solely your responsibility to check the listing often or message with questions before check in. We will not refund in the event of repairs or maintenance on any of the complex amenities or anything outside of the unit itself that requires the closure of said amenities.

For late check-out requests, we need 48 hours. Please send us a message 2 days prior your check out date.
