• Layout: Flexible dual-living layout ideal for families, groups, or longer stays. Two completely separate and independent living areas with dedicated kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Kitchen: Generous open-plan kitchen with island bench, butler’s pantry, and modern appliances.
• Bedrooms: Five spacious bedrooms with built-in or walk-in robes. The master includes an oversized ensuite with a deep bathtub and ocean views.
• Bathrooms: Three bathrooms, including a luxurious ensuite in the master.
• Living Areas: Multiple living zones across two levels, including a private downstairs apartment with its own kitchen and alfresco deck.

Chalet & Co is the perfect spot to start your morning, just by the beach access. Whether you’re heading to Sunshine Beach, Hastings Street, or exploring Noosa National Park, everything is on your doorstep without the crowds.
Getting Around:
• Walk: You’re just 350m from Sunrise Beach and a short stroll to Chalet & Co café. Sunshine Beach village and the Surf Club are also walkable via scenic coastal paths.
• Drive: Noosa Junction (5 mins) and Hastings Street (10 mins) are easily reached by car, offering restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
• Bike: Electric mountain bikes can be rented directly through us. Please message us to arrange.
• Public Transport: Local buses run regularly along David Low Way and nearby streets, with connections to Noosa Heads, Noosa Junction, and Tewantin.
• Rideshare: Uber, DiDi, and local taxi services operate throughout the area and are reliable day and night.
• Parking: The home includes secure parking for up to three vehicles, with ample off-street space.

The pool and spa have been programmed to set temperatures, however fluctuations in the ambient atmosphere and weather can affect this. The spa has been set to 35 degrees and the pool will typically sit between 23 and 25 degrees, however this can vary by a few degrees depending on the time of year. We cannot accommodate special requests for different temperatures, nor guarantee exact tempeartures.
