Sehr schön... super Wohnung für zwei Personen. Gut ausgestattet, mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern! Neu renovierter Eingang und Flur mit vier Fahrstühlen. Plus für den Parkplatz mit Schranke. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt...

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt okay. Zu beanstanden war allerdings, dass im Badezimmer der Abfluss des Waschbeckens nicht ablief. Das Wasser staute sich ca. 5 Minuten, bis es endlich ablief.

Das tut uns leid. Bei der Reinigung des Bades wurde es leider nicht bemerkt. Unser Angebot uns selbst umgehend darum zu kümmern wurde allerdings mit der Begründung abgelehnt : So eilig und wichtig wäre es nicht. Wir haben dann trotzdem sofort Abflussgel vor die Tür gestellt, mit der Bitte , dieses über Nacht in den Abfluss zu gießen und einwirken zu lassen. Zum Glück auch mit Erfolg.

Liebe Gäste, bei der monierten Bettwäsche handelt es sich um sowohl hochwertige als auch hochpreisige Mikrofaser-Bettwäsche aus Polyester. Es ist feuchtigkeitsdurch-lässig , atmungsaktiv , trotzdem wärmeisolierend und besonders geeignet für Allergiker. Falls sie Bettwäsche aus reiner Baumwolle wünschen ist das auch kein Problem.

Perfekt für den Wohlfühlurlaub

Eine vom üblichen sich wohltuend abhebende Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Marina und zum Strand. Hier hat die Vermieterin mit viel Liebe zum Detail ein Ambiente geschaffen, in dem man sich vom ersten Augenblick an zu Hause fühlt. Es fehlt an nichts und der Wunsch, irgendwann wiederzukommen, ist groß.

Es ist eine kleine, feine Wohnung an der nichts fehlt. Eine sehr liebevolle Einrichtung, genau nach meinem Geschmack. Die Lage ist Klasse und die Familie Kerkmann sehr nett. War alles unkompliziert und zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtete und super ausgestattet.

Die Ausrichtung der Wohnung ist leider zum Parkplatz, man hört ab morgens bis abends die Autos der an- und anreisenden Gäste.

Lieber Gast, es tut mir leid, dass sie sich gestörtn fühlten. Da Sie nur das Pfingstwochenende gebucht hatten, haben Sie natürlich auch die große Anreisewelle zu den Feiertagen erlebt. Das ist wirklich die Ausnahme. Sonst ist es nämlich erstaunlich ruhig . Vielleicht hätte es ja schon geholfen zumindest gegen Morgen das Fenster zu schließen. Dann hört man nämlich nichts. Und vielleicht zu Ihrem Trost, die Seeseite beschwert sich über das laute Mövengeschrei, und das geht den ganzen Tag. Wir liegen halt an der See und mitten im Touristenzentrum.

Sehr gepflegte moderne Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Kleine Details lassen ein „zuhause“ Gefühl entstehen. Übergabe freundlich und unkompliziert durch die Inhaberin. Balkon zur Westseite, also nicht zur Seeseite (ist so auch in der Beschreibung). Eignet sich gut für ein Gläschen Wein o.ä. am Abend. Abschließend kann ich diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Tolles Appartment

Wir sind begeistert. Das Appartment ist super. Tolle Ausstattung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Check-In und Check-Out waren nach Absprache sogar früher möglich. Die Hygiene-Vorschriften wegen der Corona-Krise wurden eingehalten. Es stand ausreichend Desinfektionsmittel zur Verfügung. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können dieses Appartment sehr empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sehr nette Vermieterin und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und komme gern wieder. Die Türschließanlage und die hell erleuteten Flure mit modernen Fahrstühlen vermittelten mir ein gutes Sicherheitsgefühl. TOP , Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen !
