• Fully Equipped – Comes with bedding, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing essentials and all appliances including a propane barbeque, stove/oven, 2 fridges, deep freezer, microwave, automatic drip coffee maker, toaster and cooler/dispenser for 5-gallon jugs of potable water.

Outdoor Features & Amenities

• Explore the Lake – Includes two kayaks, a paddleboard, and a paddle boat for endless adventure.
• Lifejackets – 4 adult lifejackets and 4 child-sized lifejackets are provided.
• Kid-Friendly Swimming – Shallow swimming area perfect for children. Plus you can dive off the dock!
• Lakeside Fun – Catch smallmouth bass right off the large, new dock that’s equipped with lounge chairs and a waterslide.
• Enjoy the Outdoors – The big, flat cottage lot is ideal for family games and active children. There’s also a firepit for cozy evenings enjoying the flames under the stars.
• Wood-Fired Sauna – Relax and unwind in the large sauna, firewood included.
• Huge Boathouse – Perfect if you bring your own boat(s). It can accommodate up to four 16-ft. fishing boats or two 20-ft. pontoon boats.

Important Details

• Lake Panache Access – Start your cottage adventure at Panache Bay Marina, a 40-minute drive from Greater Sudbury. Here you can launch boats and park your vehicles for free.

• Getting to Your Island Paradise – Bring your own boat(s) or take advantage of a discounted Water Taxi from the Marina. The cottage is approximately a 20-minute boat ride.

• Boat Rentals - You also have the option to rent a boat from the Marina. Please ask me for more info and availability as I can handle all of this for you as well.

• Noise – Be respectful of our island neighbours. Although their cottages cannot be seen, sound does travel with more intensity at night. So please, no loud music or excessive noise after 11pm.
