The nearest beach has a playground, basketball courts, volleyball courts and tide pools. The property is in a quiet area and is private, yet conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to the main downtown area. Many other beautiful beaches are steps away. The private outdoor covered patio room area is attached to the unit and is private. It features a sectional couch, firepit, console table and BBQ. It is very nice. This area has everything needed to enjoy the space year round....the best in California indoor –outdoor living.

The bedroom area has an upgraded queen size bed with memory foam topper and upgraded linens. The additional sleeping area is the living area, which has a sofa bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress. This property includes FREE HIGH SPEED FIBER WIFI, FREE UTILITIES and FREE SMART TV with YouTubeTV package and with accessibility to streaming apps. Laundry facilities are conveniently located and are included free of charge. A parking spot is included…..AND IS FREE.

The grounds are meticulously maintained and the walkways are decorated with wall art, flowers and trees. Plantings, flowers and trees are planted in such a way to enhance your senses with fragrances, colors and beauty and also attract butterflies, hummingbirds and birds, in general.

You will welcome all the little details that have been thought of in advance to make your stay both easy and wonderful. Both inside and out, you will find this property to be a delight and one you will want to come back to….like so many of our other guests.

Owner provides information on easy access to the unit upon booking. No need to meet up with the owner, information is provided to allow for self check in.

Other Details to note

The bedroom area does not have a door. It does have curtains that can be closed for privacy. A door was not installed as there is a beautiful ocean view from inside the unit and I did not want to block the view. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave/convection oven and there are 2 Nuwave Cooktops. All pots/pans, utensils and dishware are in good condition. There is a BBQ for your private use.

This unit is in a back house on the property and is 1 of 3 units. Each unit is set up to maximize the privacy of each unit and occupants. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 6 am. Two (2) Washer/Drying Machines are provided for your use, free of charge. Machines are easily accessible and shared amongst 3 units.

This property is located in the best area of Laguna Beach with access to all downtown amenities and beaches within a short walk. This location cannot be beat. This property has a walkability score of 93 out of 100. Easy access to everything. A car is not necessary for most but you certainly may want it to visit all the nearby attractions. There are some steps to the property so if steps is an issue, please take that into consideration.

The unit comes with 1 parking spot. Getting around the area is able to done by walking or if you have a car a spot is provided for you. The location is perfect as it is near to everything but just enough away to provide for a peaceful stay.
