BEDROOM 3 : 1 double bed and is like a mini studio room - very spacious ….It also has it’s own outside door access * ceiling fan - This bedroom not available in your booking after Jan 1, 2026

BEDROOM 4 : sleeps 3 kids or adults and is our bunk room with 3 built in single beds. The upper 2 beds are suitable for those aged 9 and above for safety due to only one side having a safety rail

OUTSIDE: We have an upper and lower outdoor area which includes a ninja style play course and gazebo with lots of space to play ball or ride any “bring your own” bikes, scooters or skateboards and is fully enclosed.
