A Great Stay

We had a great time. It was perfect for our family of nine. The view from the dining area is wonderful! It was a very clean and neatly decorated house. Hope to be able to go back again sometime.

Beautiful view and all we needed

We’ve stayed in this house every summer for the last 5 years! Great proximity to the beach, great view, quiet neighbors when they’re there-the other side isn’t rented. Love our home away from home!!

Great deal for the price

Nice home for the money. The four bedrooms were perfect for our group and the beach was right across the street. I wouldn't suggest using the hidaway beds for sleeping, but the gameroom was a hit.

Clean with nice views

We stayed with my father and mother in law for a few days in September. The house was very clean and spacious and offered very nice views from both the second and third floor decks. It was everything we were looking for in a beach house.

Lovely home with easy beach access

We had ten adults stay very comfortably in this wonderful home. I think it's always tough to tell online just how close a house is to the beach, but this really is literally across the street - just a short walk down the access path. We would definitely return to this property for any future trips to Emerald Isle!

Great house

This was our second stay in this house. We really like it! It's very convenient to the beach and within a fairly short drive to area attractions. Only problem was the weather. It rained most of the week but hey, just have to learn to go with the flow. I would definitely recommend this property.

Another Great Week at Time and Tide East

This was our second time renting this duplex. We came back this year because last year’s experience was so good, and we weren’t disappointed. The duplex is just as it’s described and the owner has been a pleasure to rent from over the last two years. We are already looking at what week we want to come back next summer.

Awesome house with a great kitchen and short walk to the beach

We just got back from our stay at Time and Tide East and enjoyed every minute of it! The place was very well appointed and had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was one of he most well equipped vacation home kitchens we've had the privilege of using... And we used it a ton! It was great having our extended family from out of state be able to come to NC and enjoy such an amazing place. The owner, Victor, was equally great and super helpful. I definitely recommend this place for large groups looking for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect weekend getaway

We loved our stay here! We had an event to attend in Jacksonville, and this was the perfect weekend location. The view from the house was gorgeous, and the house was a very easy walking distance from the beach (beach access two houses away). With it being on a culdesac, there was no worrying about crossing the street to go to the beach, which made it easier with our kids. Even though we’ve lived in NC most of our lives, it was our first time to Emerald Isle, and we loved it as well. Looking forward to a return trip! Thanks, Victor!

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed a week-long family vacation here with the kids and grand kids. The house was clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for everyone with lots of comfortable amenities. During our stay, we had a problem with the dishwasher. We contacted Victor (the owner) and even though he was out of the country with spotty cell service, he still took care of business and we had a new dishwasher installed within 24 hours. Great customer service! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great location and beach - Emerald Isle

Property in a great location with ocean view and very close to path to the beach. Enjoyed time on the deck looking at the stars and sunrise. The owner was kind to let us in early due to a cancelation. Much appreciated! House is showing its wear with rugs that can benefit from a cleaning or replacement. Also, walls ready to be painted. It is end of season so perhaps a little tired by a Sept. rental. We enjoyed out stay! Beach was beautiful, broad and uncrowded!

Amazing location!

We loved this house. It is our second year here and you just can't beat the location. It is such an easy walk to the beach (the house is in a cul de sac so there was never a concern about cars) and the third story deck off the main room has a decent view of the ocean, which we appreciated. Kitchen was clean (could use some new non-stick pans though) and the beds were good. John was super helpful and made sure we were settled and had everything we needed. The beach itself has amazing waves, great sand and was never crowded. This is a great house for a very reasonable price and seriously, the location is as good as it gets without paying at least twice as much to only be a few steps closer.

Fantastic beach home!

We had a wonderful three night stay in this beautiful home. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. The upstairs living/kitchen area is so bright and the view of the ocean is great. The master bedroom is very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The kids had so much fun playing with the foosball table in the downstairs room. The walk to the beach was short and the cul de sac had very little traffic. Victor was great by answering any questions we had and even called the day of checkin to make sure we got in alright. I would definitely recommend staying in this home!

Wonderful experience despite Florence!

We were very pleased with the rental property and location. Access to the beach was easy and convenient. The property is elevated and offers great views of the ocean and beach. It is well maintained and supplied and we had no issues while there. Our whole family thought it was one of the best rentals we have tried over the years. In fact, one of our grand daughters proclaimed that "this is the place we need to come every time!" The only negative was that Hurricane Florence forced us to leave 3 days early due to mandatory evacuation. Victor checked on us several times and really took care to make sure we were pleased and evacuated safely. Overall an excellent experience. We recommend.
