Location.
Ideally situated on the resort side of the island, directly across from Catseye Beach and a short stroll to the resort centre, with easy buggy access to all major attractions. Positioned on the top-floor, this corner apartment only has one adjoining neighbour allowing extra natural light into the second bedroom.

Rooms.
Two bedrooms sleep families comfortably, with a king bed in the master bedroom and a double bed plus a single bed in the second bedroom. A cot is available upon request.

Comfort & Convenience
This apartment features all of the comforts and conveniences you need for a memorable holiday, including three vanities, air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, washing machine and clothes dryer, microwave and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a TV as well as sun lounges for you to relax on the balcony.

Kitchen & Dining
A fully-equipped kitchen and balcony BBQ make self-catering and entertaining easy. There is an indoor dining table seating for 6 people and an outdoor dining table seating for 6+ people. A high chair is available upon request.

Pool & Recreation
Relax by the Lagoon Lodge shared pool or take a leisurely 350m stroll to the main island resort pool.

Beach & Activities
Walk to Catseye Beach and enjoy complimentary non-motorised water sports from the Sports Hut.

Buggy.
This property includes 1 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
For your entire stay, children up to 12 years can eat free in participating restaurants when dining with their parents and choosing from the kids’ menu.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
