This Homestead was absolutely stunning and more than we expected. It had everything we required for our stay ie hair dryer, paper towel and having a laundry available was super handy. The place looked clean and tidy, the linen was comfortable and the towels were fresh. The reed diffusers also made the place some nice, it felt like home
We had a wonderful stay at the Karridale Glen Homestead. I stayed with my 9 month old baby and my parents. We were in the area for a weekend of sightseeing in Margaret River and the location was just perfect. The home was lovely and warm which was important for us as it was the middle of winter.Every morning we took my baby out to look at the lambs on the neighbouring property, it was so serene and peaceful. We also got to see some kangaroos on the property! The home is lovely and clean and beautifully renovated. Thank you Mick and Shabs, we loved it and will be back.

Karridale glen is a beautiful home ,we enjoyed our stay . But would not book again at this time of year (July) The back end of the house consists of the dining room 2nd living room and laundry/games room but there is no source of heat at this end of the house so we couldn’t enjoy the spaces comfortably, which didn’t go down well with the kids or at meal times . Another fire place to this end of the house would be the perfect addition ,even plug in heaters would help . The home presented immaculately and communication with the host was good. Apart from circling the house all other areas of the property had no access . We did miss some home comforts tho , the large leather sofa had no cushions or throws (leather is cold to sit on )there wasn’t a decent wine glass or any champagne flutes & there was no serving platter/board or cheese knives for a cheese board . Being in the wine region I would expect these items to be available for our use .The fire place in the main living space was bliss but perhaps a better property for a summer stay in our opinion.
