Villa Del Palmar Flamingo's Penthouse Suite

We are renting our 1 week time share at Villa Del Palmar Flamingos. We have the penthouse from Dec 13, 2025 to Dec 20, 2025. The Penthouse is an ocean view two bedroom suite. 3490 sq.ft, 1 king size bed, two queens, plus a pull out couch. 6 adults or 4 adults + 2 children. The suite has 3 full bathrooms, two ensuites and one full bath off the kitchen/dining room area. The room has a full kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, cook top, toaster, blender, microwave that also works as an mini oven. The kitchen is also stocked with utensils, glasses, plates, cookware. The room will come with daily house keeping. The hotel has a kids club and multiple restaurants. Moving onto the balcony you will have a large balcony looking over the ocean with a bbq, hot tub, table for eating, and cabanas.
