About this property

Beautifully appointed townhome located in the quiet, amenity rich community of Sawgrass. The rental includes access to the two community pools and kiddie pool, two fitness centers, bocce court and community grill area. Within the home itself you can enjoy outdoor relaxing with multiple patios, balconies and a spacious deck for grilling and enjoying the quiet backyard views of the White Oak Creek estuary, just north of Rehoboth Bay. There are also beach toys, beach chairs, sports equipment, a Nespresso machine, smart TVs, high speed WiFi and a ping pong table on site for fun for all ages.

The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
