Location, Location, Location! This townhome is right in the heart of Rehoboth Beach, offering gorgeous partial beach & ocean views from multiple balconies along with 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a hall bath, the living area & kitchen are located on the second floor and you will find two en-suites on the third floor.
You will enjoy the convenience of two assigned off-street parking spaces and the ability to walk to wonderful shops & restaurants.
Bedroom 1: 1 Double , 1 Twin
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen, 1 Twin
Bedroom 3: 1 King W/ Full Bath
Bedroom 4: 1 King W/ Full Bath
Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.
Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase.
Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
