Wonderful house, clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed, better than mine at home. Very clean bed linens, kitchen with everything you need pet friendly. In shortly , I wanted to stay longer and I will definitely come back.

Perfect Family Get away

The house was excatly as listed. Our favorite part was the pool table and deck. The view if the sunsets on the deck was stunning! We also really liked the smokless firepit.

Loved the game room space on the lower level. We all enjoyed our time together. Fireplace on main level was so warm and cozy! Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The home was a bit more outdated than we are use to, but we are grateful the host made it available for our mini get away. Thank you!

I wanted to wait until everything was finished before writing the review in fairness to the host. When I booked, there was snow. When we got there the entire deck was in shambles. Wood was falling off and paint peeled. It wasn’t safe to walk on or very nice. The outside area was very messy. The interior was fine for staying with kids and pets. Some of the utensils/ dishes were not clean. I contacted the host, who got back to me quickly, and refunded me for 2 of 3 nights. We had to stay the first night. I appreciate the response and she did inform me they needed to tend to the deck. I’d say if you plan on spending any time outside, this may not be your spot. Inside was fun for kids. Some stains on the rug and it needed some updates (ripped rugs etc). I’m hoping it gets fixed up since it’s a great location.

We appreciate the detailed feedback and are glad the location and communication worked well for the stay. The deck is structurally safe, but the paint has taken a beating from the heavy snowfall this area gets, and it's scheduled to be repainted this fall to look as good as it functions. We've also spoken with housekeeping to make sure dishes and utensils are fully dry and spotless before guests arrive, and the rug has since been shampooed with instructions in place to flag any wear right away. We're always working to keep the outdoor spaces and interior details up to the standard guests expect, and we're glad the inside worked well for the family and pets during the stay.

Get away for school break

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean, had plenty of room and everything we needed.I would recommend that the owner have more instructions for tv, WiFi and alarm system. There were also three keys in the lock box but no instructions on which key was for which door/lock. Overall the owner was able to quickly answer our questions.

Game room was great, kept kids and young adults entertained. Gas grill ran out of propane after first use, had to run to town to get another propane tank as there was no spare to be found. Only three face cloths provided for eight peopleBoth screens to sliders leading to the deck were completely missing/broken so unable to get any cross ventilation. With no air conditioning in the unit and 90 days it was rather uncomfortable; Guest contact (handled thru Evolve) was less than helpful with this issue, delivering a condescending text message which read in part, “consider opening windows”. Overall, the unit fit our need for a few days, but I would stay clear of using the rental company Evolve.

Our goal is to ensure your stay is as comfortable and as accommodating as possible.There is a spare propane tank in the back of the shed, as listed in the welcome book. The screens had just been damaged by the guest before you, and they are being fixed. We suggested opening windows in the same room as screen doors, as it would have given you the same breeze. There are also fans available for your convenience."
