The cabin was great! The host was wonderful! Went out of his way to make sure our kids were enjoying themselves. He definitely makes sure everyone has what they need without being around too much. He is an awesome guy. He has a great companion, Dolly, she is the sweetest and live a treat every now and then, along with some belly rubs! Me and my family had a great time there. There were 8 of us and we stayed 5 days and it all worked out well!

This host was amazing!! He allowed us to plug in our RV. He let our grandchildren fish in his pond. They allowed us to store our wedding stuff in one of their garages. They were always very welcoming to our whole family. Thank you so much for an unforgettable week!

Perfectly peaceful

We stayed for a wedding, it was close to the venue and amazingly peaceful. Our dogs loved exploring the fields. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Jim was very friendly and welcoming. We arrived pretty late, but he was on the porch waiting with his precious dog Dolly, who is just a gem. The property is very clean. Cute farmhouse aesthetics. Great for a small family. But if you are large party, it might not be as accommodating. No laundry. The property itself is gorgeous in the morning. Too bad we did not have time to explore. A lot of photo ops scenery. A beautiful bonfire area with gorgeous garden. Cute porch! Well-kept and spacious. We will definitely come back if we are in the same area!

The property was really nice, comfortable. My kids enjoyed it. They had space to run around a camp fire. Bathrooms and rooms were nice and comfortable. Internet was reliable. Spacious! I would definitely book again my family liked the cabin. My little one called it Kevin the cabin. :)

Our overall stay was extremely pleasant! The host was extremely nice and polite! They offered fire wood and anything you could think of! The only thing that I wanna let people know is there is no laundry on site. You do have to go into Hartford to do laundry! It was not a big deal to us 10 bucks later all clean clothes! We stayed during our wedding week! Very clean organized and they left a nice letter on the counter explaining how everything works! Would definitely stay again!

We were there for a wedding over the weekend. We got there late as we were coming from 6 hours away. Im sure it would have been easier to spot the rental entrance sign in the daytime than in the dark. The grounds are massive. Beautiful flowers. Swings and hammock were a hit. Beds were comfy except for the queen. It was a brick compared to the others. The only down side i would say was that the toom with the twin beds smelled like sausage when we opend the door. Kind of musty and moldy. But it aired out when we started the fan or we got used to it.
