60 minutes from GTA. Best location to dock your boat on Trent Severn Waterway and Sparrow Lake. Large balcony overlooking the river. Porch with propane BBQ grill. Outdoor pool in common areas is under renovation. 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom and 1 barrier-free bathroom on ground floor. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and laundry upstairs. 2 parking spaces by the cottage. More visitor parking spaces in 5 minutes walking distance. Nearby boat and canoe rentals.

Would stay again

A great location for a family, especially for one needing wheelchair access. Beautiful setting, lovely neighbors. A few recommendations: We had to buy a few basics that we didn't expect to have to buy, (leaving non-consumables for future guests). Some minor repairs are needed: coffee maker, light switches. Recommend shampooing sofas and chair in living room.; putting a second (fitted) sheet on beds and providing additional towels (hand, shower and dish), and face cloths.
