The fully fenced backyard is an outdoor oasis with a spacious deck, comfortable seating, a gas BBQ, and a lush patch of natural grass—ideal for relaxing afternoons, outdoor dining, or letting little ones play.
Located just a half mile from grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment, Hemenway Fields makes it easy to enjoy local conveniences while being just 13 miles from downtown Portland. Whether you're in town for business, visiting family, or exploring Oregon’s wine country and city scenes, this home offers the perfect balance of peaceful living and accessibility.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories.
