We chose this neighborhood because it’s where I was born and raised. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the countryside, this area offers a peaceful, serene environment, perfect for those seeking a slower pace of life. By July 2024, the building was placed on its new foundation, and we began the exciting journey of renovating the 80-year-old structure.

In July 2025, after a full year of dedicated restoration, we proudly opened our doors for business—breathing new life into this historic gem.
