The unit was clean, but not as shown in the photo. There was no rug in the lounge area and there were a few small things that need to be either repaired or brought into current health and safety guidelines such as a light out in the kitchen area and the chain cords for the blinds not attached to the walls.. Plus, we had only 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper and no spare rolls plus no tea or coffee. This is not something that would happen even in a 3 star motel unit.Partially my own fault, it has now taken over 8 business days to be refunded.
