This 27 m² studio, divisible by a mobile partition, classified 2 stars, is located on the ground floor (with elevator) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:

- A living room with a sleeping area featuring 1 sofa bed and a dining area with 2 single beds, 1 TV, 1 stereo, 1 DVD player.
- An independent kitchenette equipped with 1 combination oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker.
- A bathroom.
- A separate toilet.

The balcony with a view of the mountains faces northwest. The ski locker is in the residence.

The residence :
The residence is located in the heart of the resort center, next to all resort services (restaurants, bars, etc). The north facing flats are quiet and get a beautiful view on the valley. Ski lockers in the residence.

The area :
This is the central area of Les Coches, with all shops and services like the ski school ESF and the nursery. Many events are organized on the Carreau square. Residences are ski-in. Underground car park, can be booked through our agecy.
