Renovated Studio Suite - City Central!
Centrally located basement studio suite in a lovely quiet neighbourhood near Queen's University, KGH, Hotel Dieu hospital and downtown Kingston. Sunnyside is a charming neighbourhood with older houses, mature trees and beautiful parks.
My husband and I live upstairs with our dog, Agatha. Due to our dog using the backyard daily, this rental is only suitable for someone who loves dogs. She is very friendly and loves people.

Rest assured, this space is professionally deep cleaned and sanitized in between each stay. We are following Airbnb's enhanced cleaning guidelines.

• Ideal for someone under 5' 10" due to one lower bulkhead.
• Small but modern, clean and very comfy - perfect for one person or a space-efficient couple.
• Kitchenette (fridge, brand new Bosch speed oven, cooktop)
• Nespresso machine
• French Press (bring your choice of ground coffee )
• Furnished with a queen size bed which has brand new Endy mattress (medium firmness)
• Brand new bathroom with soaker tub
• The kitchenette is stocked with glassware, dishes and pots and pans, kettle, french press, knives, etc.
• Smart TV w/ Prime + Apple TV (use your own Netflix account)
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have the studio suite to themselves and are welcome to share our backyard with us and our super mutt, Agatha Christie.
There is shared laundry available on-site for an extra fee.
