THE SPACE
Treetop Hideaway is designed specifically for two adults. The home’s three vertical levels are connected by steep stairs, creating its memorable treehouse feeling while providing a different place to relax on every floor.
Because of the stair design, this home is best suited to adults who are comfortable climbing steep stairs. It is not appropriate for children or guests with limited mobility.
MAIN LEVEL
The main level includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, and one full bathroom.
The open layout makes it easy to prepare dinner while staying connected to the living space. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, electric range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and the essentials needed for relaxed meals at home.
Settle onto the sofa beside the gas fireplace after a day at Mt. Baker, share a quiet dinner, or step outside for an evening soak in the hot tub. The main-floor bathroom includes heated floors and offers a convenient place to change before or after using the hot tub.
SECOND LEVEL: KING SUITE
The middle level is an open, loft style king suite surrounded by warm wood and forest views.
The suite includes:
• One king bed
• Two leather reading chairs
• An ensuite full bathroom
• Heated bathroom floors
• French doors opening to Juliet balconies
• Peaceful views into the surrounding evergreens
This level captures the home’s romantic treetop feeling. Open the French doors to let in the mountain air, settle into one of the reading chairs, or enjoy a slow morning beneath the trees.
THIRD LEVEL: FOREST LOUNGE
At the top of the home is a cozy attic style lounge with a smart TV, DVD player, and a large picture window overlooking the evergreens.
The built-in window seat is one of the most memorable places in the chalet. It is perfect for morning coffee, reading, watching the weather move through the trees, or unwinding with a movie after a day of mountain adventures.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Just outside the home, the private hot tub sits among the ferns and towering evergreens. The forest surroundings create a peaceful place to soak, reconnect, and listen to the sounds of the mountain.
The home is located within a residential community, so guests are asked to enjoy the outdoor area respectfully and observe community quiet hours.
SLEEPING LAYOUT
Second level open loft suite:
• One king bed
• Sleeps two guests
There are no additional sleeping areas or sleeper sofas.
THE LOCATION

Our hope has never been to simply provide a place to stay. It is to create the space where life’s best moments have room to happen.
The Neighborhood:

OPEN LOFT BEDROOM
The king suite has an open, loft style design that is open to portions of the home above and below. Because the chalet accommodates only two guests, the layout feels intimate while still offering cozy spaces on all three levels.

Check-in instructions were easy to follow, and the staff were very responsive to questions via email or text. The accommodations were very nice, the cabin is in a very forested environment and located in a community with similar types of housing. All amenities were covered, plenty of linens and all items in the kitchen made it easy to cook meals. Would stay here again if visiting the area.
We loved everything about our stay! We would love to visit again. We wholeheartedly recommend this cabin for people looking to explore Mt Baker and the surrounding area.
The cabin was amazing -- just like the photos. Comfortable, clean, beautiful views, and a nice hot tub. We rented it to stay for a couple nights for our nearby elopement wedding. The stay was excellent. The staff was also very friendly and communicative! Would recommend!
Very roomy for two people, great amenities, clean and comfortable. This cabin has it all. It's a little pricey but it's definitely one of the best cabins we've stayed.
My Husband an I traveled here for our wedding anniversary an had an amazing time exploring the Mt. Baker area. This cabin was everything we wanted. Extremely clean an very cozy an Beautiful. We didnt want to leave an come back to Reality. Truly AMAZING!!!
The house was exactly as the pictures showed. The views were breathtaking! Everything we needed was in the home, from kitchen supplies to toiletries. The trek to the front of the home was up a flight of stairs (mentioned in the description) but wasn’t too horrible. The hot tub was in perfect working condition and easy use. I would absolutely stay here again . The communication with the management company was above and beyond. They made the stay perfect. Loved this cabin!
We had a fantastic stay at this cozy, romantic house in the woods. Like others said, the pics perfectly represent the property. It is very clean and has everything a couple needs for a peaceful winter getaway. Cute furnishings, well appointed modern kitchen, fireplace, comfortable bed, games, plenty of storage for ski stuff, and the best - a hot tub in the back surrounded by peaceful forest. Someone mentioned the back yard isn’t as private as represented, but with the trees, it feels pretty secluded even with the neighbors next door. Would definitely return, we had a great time!
Three floor house, third floor was hot and the only space with a TV. We never used that floor was not easy to get to and scary steps. The drive way was tricky had to back up or down no turn around space, was difficult to maneuver. Wouldnt rent this space again due to that fact alone. The house and the deck were beautiful and comfortable. Only complaints is driveway to get to house and third floor, wish had better description on web page would have selected a different property.

Nice Cabin but absolutely NOT private
This cabin is beautiful as pictured however it is not private at all. This is a neighborhood and the houses are literally stacked on top of eachother. The hot tub is not a luxury tub but more like a basic plastic trough. There were a few basics we felt were missing like a second chair to sit in on the porch, a pitcher for juice or tea in the kitchen and a box of facial tissue, buttons on the microwave were missing and the showers are cumbersome to use. Those are no biggie although the whole place doesn’t really scream “Luxury”, we love staying in vrbo’s and are old enough to laugh about these things and have a good time anyway. The biggest thing was the lack of privacy. The serene photo advertised of the hot tub in the woods is only like that if you don’t turn your head either way to see the two cabins towering on either side of you as well as the obvious building site that will when finished remove even the small amount of privacy there may be. It’s a nice place. I bet a couple newlyweds would be super happy there.
Lovely 3 story cabin, but not as private as pictures suggest. It's tucked into the most beautiful trees and ferns, but with other cabins all around. Easy to lose yourself in the hottub looking up or out at all the trees and greenery.Cabin is very clean and well appointed, but after a big day of hiking, beware all the stairs.
Because of the pics I knew this would be a good property, what I was not ready for was the accuracy of the pics, they have not been enhanced, this place has EVERYTHING you might possibly need, just know that you better bring food for all the days you’re staying, cause once you’re in that cabin, you will NOT want t come out
Absolutely stunning cabin with tons of character. Combines industrial, rustic, and minimalist elements. Hot tub felt private because nobody was staying in the nearby cabins. So many cute spots to sit and hang out. Cozy loft at the top with some board games. Plenty of towels and cute decor everywhere.
Property was clean and inviting. Enjoyed the hot tub and quiet secluded feeling. Only slight downsides were the steep stairs up to the third level with the tv, definitely need a hand free at all times to grab the railing. The other downside the sound of the construction of a new house being built next door, but wasn’t too bad.
The property was very clean - which I appreciate. The listing is exactly as described. Had everything we needed. Loved the industrial look and easy access to Mt Baker hiking.
We stayed here for a little mini honeymoon after our wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location was perfect, and you really felt like you were away from people, and really getting to enjoy being away from society. The perfect little getaway. The hot tub in the woods was definitely our selling point when booking, and we took advantage of it quite a few times. All of the little touches throughout the cabin create such a cool vibe.
The host is extremely responsive and friendly. Answering quickly to any questions we had, and providing great service. We can definitely see ourselves staying here again in the future!
Rarely have we enjoyed such privacy, quiet, and lush surroundings. The Treetop Hideaway is literally that: nestled in the mountain woods among the ferns. Enjoy being off-the-grid up here. The hot tub setting is sublime!
There are lots of stairs, both outside and inside the unit. Just be aware.
Super beautiful place, with a stunning backyard full of lovely trees. Lots of quiet, fresh air, and nature. The place itself was cozy and lovely to spend time in. We liked the industrial accents a lot. Bed was super comfortable and lovely.
We loved Stalin the fun and funky tree house cabin. A mix of hipster/industria vibe, not your cookie cutter cabin. Be prepared for some steps up to the loft or to the front door. But you’ll find everything there you need to have a great stay. Communication with management was excellent. Wifi or cellular communication is limited in Glacier do to location. Be prepared to relax.
