The cottage is very nice, clean and well kept. The grounds are spacious, with a nice interlock stone patio to sit at while overlooking the Ottawa River. Enjoyed using the canoe and kayaks provided although the water level was low while we were there so had to walk out further past the reeds to get into open water.Quiet and peaceful location. Julie is a super host, friendly and very quick to address any concerns or questions we had.Hoping to return again.

If you are looking for a quiet place to unwind, this is the place. True nature sounds. Comfortable beds, all amnesties you need. Modern and chic. Truly returning in 2027.

Id advise to bring your own pans. Only 2 pans, one small one large, and your own utensils as almost everything was plastic. Everything has been visibly painted over white throughout the entire house for a more "modern" look it kind of looks like the "landlord special". Being said, everything was very clean and worked perfectly. The property is very beautiful over looking the water which is all sand.

Looking for a little piece of heaven?! Nestled alongside the Ottawa River with relative privacy, this getaway cottage is an absolute dream. Clean, Quaint and Quiet. Hot tub and fireplace. What more could you ask for?! 10*

Amazing host. I couldn't have asked for better. So friendly, so accommodating. It felt like I was staying at my aunts house and she was doing everything she could to make us comfortable. Julie knew we were bringing kids and left us a stores kit and colouring books/ crayons. The cottage is very clean and accomodated us well. Enough beds for everyone. The property is stunning and well kept. We could walk around barefoots and not worry. So quiet and private. The water is shallow and great for kids( I did not feel stressed letting them swim)The rocks surrounding were a blast for the kids to play on aswell.We will be back! Thank you Julie.
