Wastewater for the guest house is on a pump which you will hear after turning on any taps or flushing the toilet.
Please ensure you only flush toilet paper provided (Kiwi rolls) down the toilet. Anything else WILL BLOCK THE TOILET & any unblocking fees will be at the guests cost.
Second bedroom is an internal room without a window to outside.
This room is also used as access to the bathroom.

*No parties/ gatherings/ pets. Zero tolerance of drugs policy - any guests who breach this rule will receive an instant $250 penalty fee.
*No smoking inside or heavy drinking at the property. Smokers - please smoke outside & dispose of butts responsibly.
*Strict noise control policy - after 10pm (including music) a $250 call out fee will be charged if there are any issues.
*Property facilities are for paying guests only. Visitors are only permitted during non quiet hours.
* Any breach of rules, guests maybe asked to leave the property & without refund.
*If any additional cleaning of the property is required - an extra cleaning fee will be apply.
