Scam property

I booked this property for a work weekend with a colleague. I was already en route when I discovered that no checkin info had been provided - the host (Yousef) was unaware of the booking and with help from VRBO he cancelled it, 6 hours AFTER the check-in time. VRBO assisted the host to cancel the reservation and refund the fee, but neither they nor Yousef have any concern about my wasted train fares, 9 hours of travel, and the impact of this disgraceful mess on my work project. This is a scam - I strongly suggest booking elsewhere.
