Location was excellent with tube stations, shops, restaurants etc all nearby but still benefitting from being on a quieter side street Host could not have been anymore helpful and accommodating. The studio is perfect for a short or longer stay. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We had a very difficult time getting into the property. The host apparently has another job and could not answer his phone. We finally located the address after asking around. It was behind a door. Getting in was ok. Once i was in i couldn't talk with the host because of bad cell service in the foyer. After about a 1/2 hour of repeat dialing we made contact. I finally reached the host. No elevator. We had to lug our luggage to the room up circular stairs. Once in the room we found no space to put our luggage. Very tiny room with no airconditioner. France was experiencing a record heatwave. We then notice that the bathroom was very tiny as well. Small sink and nowhere to put our goods. This place is not for two adults. Could work for a single. I then noticed that the light in the bathroom was a safety hazard. The one light hung over the shower stall with EXPOSED electrical wires. I immediately called the host to notify him that we will not stay in this hazardous room. He graciously said that he would refund our money. Unfortunately we were dead from traveling over 10 hours. I did notify VRBO with photos to back our claim.
