Wake up to gorgeous lake views in this stylish 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Trevillian Quay, Kingston Foreshore. Featuring African-inspired décor and cozy furnishings, it’s a vibrant retreat just steps from cafes, dining, and lakeside walks.

Stroll to waterfront cafés, restaurants, and scenic walking and cycling paths, with Parliament House, Questacon, and Canberra`s cultural attractions just a short drive away.

BEDROOM:
The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed while the second bedroom offers a double-sized bed, both dressed with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Each room also includes ample wardrobe space for your belongings.

BATHROOM:
Each bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage.

KITCHEN
Feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with:
• Fridge/freezer
• Stovetop
• Microwave
• Oven
• Dishwasher
• Crockery and cutlery

A small selection of essentials such as milk, coffee, and tea is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional items as needed.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a Samsung Frame 42” TV that you can use to access your Youtube account during your stay, and it also has access to all local channels.

LAUNDRY
A washing machine and dryer are available, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

PARKING:
- The parking garage can fit up to 1 car with a clearance height of 2.2 metres.
- There`s a quite a lot of free 1H/2H parking around the area.
- Paid parking is also available on Eastlake Parade across from the entrance to Trevillian Quay.

Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.

Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.

Your keys are located off-site in the laneway between `8 Trevillian Quay` and `12 Trevillian Quay`, Kingston.

The TV was broken upon arrival and it took 7 days of constant phone calls with promises. Canstay has been very poor in communication. Promised an extra night as compensation but then said it was not possible due to the sale of the property during our stay. We were told to accommodate for a deep clean and a weekend of realtors and owners to prepare for the new owners. Hardly any communication. We will not book with Canstay as a host again.
