Needs pest control. Manager difficulty contacting. Called three times. Left message with no return call first two times. Answered third call with separate times of calling. Steep path way up to cabin did not have hand rail for security and the path to creek was steep and not safe. My elderly mother wasn’t able to enjoy the creek due to unsafe and steep path with no hand rail. Needs steps with hand rails up to cabin and down to creek.
