The house is new and accommodated our family of 11 very well.It was so new it showed as an empty lot on Google Maps. The house instructions from the booking agent and the instructions at the house were different in 2 key respects. You can only have 2 cars in the driveway and you can’t use the garage. The trash pickup instructions are completely wrong. No wonder the trash bins were full from previous guests! We found the proper method by accident. The pool was a great feature. Be aware there is no Keurig coffee maker. Most importantly, there are VERY SLIPPERY SHOWER FLOORS!All-in-all we had a great time and would recommend this listing, as long as you take into account my comments above.
