Quiet room near college station

Keep it simple at this peaceful and central location. While only an 8-minute walk from city life near Yonge and College, the community maintains a laid-back suburban feel, as if you’re not in downtown at all! This place makes for a great change of pace from the daily hustle.
Note: myself or another guest may be staying in the other room.
This is for one of the two bedrooms, but if there are two of you staying, there is also a sofa bed.

Note that the unit is in its early beginnings, so there isn’t much available yet, but give it some time!
