Family Christmas Present

We are giving our children and their families experiences instead of gifts which is why we choose this property for a summer vacation. We wanted a place where we could use our boat. The property exceeded expectations in size plus amenities. The boat slip provided us with easy access to the lake. Plus, the grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Excellent vacation, good time had by all!!!

Location was great. Ryan was very helpful with small things when we got to the condo. Greatly appreciated the refund for cleaning. That was not expected, but I am very grateful. We will plan to stay there again next year at this time.

We had a large group,7 children, 5 adults, and found the rental to be spacious and comfortable. The furniture was comfortable as were the beds. Lake and swimming pool within an easy walk. Clean and quick response from owner when we had a question.

Girls weekend

My mom, sister and I met here for a girls weekend. We were immediately impressed with the place! Very spacious, well decorated, everything we could need. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with if necessary. Lots of outdoor attractions at the property and in the surrounding communities. We visited a state park for a winter hike and had a great fish fry at Splash.

the property was great and well mantained. The only issue we had was locating the check in building and lock boxes as the overall property grounds are dark and could be lit up better and labeled. The map also sent was incorrect unless we read it wrong. We will definitley stay again. Thank you

We have been coming to Northern Bay with our family and friends for several years and decided to purchase our first condo in 2019 and then a second in 2020. We have so much fun watching our young kids playing at the pool, exploring the sand bars out on the lake, and catching tons of fish. We hope you will be able to enjoy the same!
