Here we have a great way of welcoming anyone or any animal

We have e bikes, pedal bikes, drones, RC cars, any toy, book lots of hobbies and crafting supplies

Private room with bathroom on both floors
Special occasions can be accommodated

We are connected with the living waters church
Access to outdoor survival training and teachings on how to survive on our island
We have three outdoor fire pits
Fenced in area for the pets if you need a break we can dog or cat sit
Access to internet, landline , free laundry all supplies are provided and then some
My wife and I and her mother is a registered nurse
Myself third generation faller
My wife is the all star cook and crafter
We live on the property for now until the renovations are done so please don’t mind the removal of old materials it is almost done the whole bottom floor is 100 percent now
New septic connected to the city water
There is also well water here
5.6 acres of land here
Minutes walk to Saratoga speedway
Miracle beach
Oyster river
Lots of biking and quad trails on the property
Trailer parking available
Most importantly we are open people and will not put up with bad attitudes and negative Nancie’s lol

I booked this property for a family. They went there and it was very very sketchy and very unsafe. They were shaken up when they left the property. Is not a family friendly home.

Not family friendly

Where do I start, the property owner and “property manager” are not in agreement about the space being used on VRBO. The owner tried to get me to pay him directly, do not do that. VRBO has a great reputation for refunding when people misrepresent properties. The people living here have taken over the property from a 78 year old man who has tried to have them evicted with the RCMP. The “property manager” and his girlfriend are really nice people, they will look after your pets and even help find them when they run away (the fencing is not secure). However, there is active drug use on the property, fires being made while drugs are being used, and there are no locks on any of the doors to lock people out, you can be locked in though. There is drinking and partying with really loud music blasting until all hours of the night through to the morning but it cycles, sometimes it’s really quiet. This property is not safe for either adults or children, I had to flee after one of their binges, I was really scared and quite shaken up about it. I let the RCMP know when I was entering and leaving. They will lie and say there is no drug use but I saw them smoking either crack or meth right under my bedroom window. There is no AC, no wifi, and no cell service. I was so happy to be in a place with all my animals, and they are nice when not paranoid, but if I had brought my kid there, I would have turned around immediately.
